I make visual journalism – mostly video about interesting people, science, music and news.
My work has appeared in Time Magazine, Los Angeles Weekly, The Chicago Sun-Times, The Believer, and on broadcast and cable television.
Medill School and Columbia University, awards from the SPJ, Red Bull Music and Cal Humanities, freelance and staff work – I have more 15 years experience as a photojournalist, editor and video producer. I consult, produce, shoot and edit, and am available for documentary projects, live music, news programming, and commercial work.
